Canteliver Carport Installation Guide
🛠️ Before You Buy a Carport — Check Your Ground First!
Not all carport sites are the same, and choosing the right installation method can save you a lot of trouble later 👇

✅ Situation 1: Flat Soil Ground
If your land is flat and unpaved (soil base) —
You can go with in-ground posts + concrete footing
📌 Just follow the structural guide, dig and pour concrete properly.

✅ Situation 2: Concrete Slab (100mm Thick)
If you’ve got a flat 100mm concrete slab —
You’ll need to attach one side of the carport to an existing building
✔️ Then use K1 post bases for the install.

✅ Situation 3: Sloped Land with Soil Base
If the ground is sloped but unpaved —
As long as the gap between 2 post bases (2750mm apart) is less than 50cm
👉 You can still use concrete footings to stabilize the posts!

How do I make sure the posts stay firm in soft soil?
________________________________________
✅ Step 1|Dig Holes + Insert Posts
📍 Dig two square holes (approx. 2.8m apart).
📌 Recommended size: 800mm × 800mm
✨ Slide the S6 anchor into the post base before placing—it greatly improves stability!

✅ Step 2|Control Spacing + Height
📏 Recommended spacing: 2750mm ±50mm
📐 Post length: 3000mm, suggest burying 800mm
⚠ Make sure the top is perfectly level—this is crucial for aligning the roof later!
________________________________________
✅ Step 3|Fine-Tune the Angle
🪜 Check angles from both front and side views
💧 It's okay if one side is slightly lower to allow for drainage
📌 Installation Tips:
• Adjust the angle before pouring concrete
• Fix the position right after pouring
• Let it set completely before continuing to the next step
